How to View Jobs
📱 Viewing Jobs and Daily Subbing for Verified Educators
If you are a verified educator, you can view nearby jobs and requests on the Zen Educate app. If you haven't already, download the app here!

🍎 View Daily Subbing
To view Daily Subbing roles near you, head to the Zen Educate app and look for the "Supply" tab in the navigation. Scroll through the requests that have been sent your way. Click on the request to view the details of the role before deciding to accept.
As a reminder, you will not be penalized for declining daily subbing requests. If you are unable to make the booking, or not interested in the role, you are free to decline.
🏫 View Jobs
To view short-term and long-term roles near you, head to the Zen Educate app and look for the "Jobs" tab in the navigation. Scroll through the open positions we are looking to fill and click on the postings. If the job interests you, click interested! Once clicked, your profile will be reviewed by our Account Managers. If they find that your experience and preferences are a good fit, they will reach out to discuss the details of the role and start the application process.
Depending on the role and the level of interest it has recieved, schools may also view your view your profile and resume as well as set up an interview.

If you have not completed onboarding and have not been verified, your access to viewing requests and jobs is limited.
- To view daily subbing requests, you must be verified.
- To view jobs, you can view and express your interest, but postings are limited and priority is given to verified educators as they have completed all requirements to work with our schools.
