Why am I not able to download the Gusto App?

The most common reason for this is that your region on your cell phone is set to anywhere outside the USA. This blocks you from downloading certain apps on the US Apple or Android app stores. If you make sure that your location is accurate on your cell phone then you should be connected to the correct app store and be able to download the Gusto App.

Yes! Follow the steps below:
  • Open the Gusto Wallet mobile app.
  • Go to the Pay tab.
  • Select Edit pay check split.
  • Enter the pay allocation you'd like.
  • Click Save.

My address or other personal details have changed. Do I need to fill out a new W-4 or create a new Gusto account?

No, all personal details, such as address, can be updated via your Gusto account.
