How to Link Your Colorado Shines PDIS Account & Upload Certificates

Follow these instructions to connect your Colorado Shines PDIS (Professional Development Information System) account to Zen Educate and complete your required onboarding documentation.

Step 1: Link Your PDIS Account

1. Log into your Colorado Shines PDIS Portal.

   Navigate to Update My Employment > Staff/operator of Licensed Child Care Program > School or Center Based.

   In the employer search bar, search for:

   • Employer: Zen Educate Inc.

   • License #: 1792807  

     Set your Job Role to: Teacher Aid/Teacher Assistant/Lead Teacher

     Under Age Ranges, move over:

   • Toddler
   • Preschool
   • Kindergarten/School Age
2. For Hire Date, input today's date (Note: Zen Educate will adjust this to your official start date later).
3. Save your employment updates.

Step 2: Complete and Upload Required Training Certificates

Download and upload your certificates or transcripts verifying completion of the following required courses:

• CPR & First Aid Module within 30 days & every two years
• Emergency and Disaster Preparedness for Child Care Providers
• Standard Precautions Training
• Introduction to Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education Program
• Infant Staff Safe Sleep
• Recognizing the Impact of Bias on Early Childhood Professionals
• Intro to Early Intervention & Pre-School SPED
• Shaken baby/ abusive head trauma every two years
• Child abuse prevention annual completion
• Playground safety
• Injury Prevention
• Child Development Training which can include: Inclusive Care (Infant and Toddler Care Sequence),Supporting Young Children Through Inclusive Care and How Experiences Impact Early Brain Development
• Supporting Successful Program Transitions to Increase School Readiness
• Social and Emotional Health and Development
• Individualizing Care (Infant and Toddler Care Sequence)
