Kansas: 🩺 Advent Health CentraCare Tuberculosis and Physical

Advent Health CentraCare is our healthcare partner to help our educators complete the health record requirement in Kansas. With Advent Health CentraCare, your Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Physical can be completed.  Zen Educate helps educators obtain these tests with ease and complete the onboarding requirements.

🩺 Process Overview

1. Determine if you would prefer to complete the requirements with Zen or with your own preferred healthcare provider
2. Request to register with Advent Health CentraCare from your Zen Educate recruiter
3. Complete walk-in appointment at Advent Health CentraCare and bring required forms
4. Complete a follow up appointment after 48 hours to get final results
5. Upload your results to your  Zen Educate profile

🏥 Attending Your TB & Physical Appointment

• Advent Health CentraCare locations offer walk-in availability
• Make sure to bring your 'Auth To Treat Form' (Attached to your conditional offer email) and 'KS Health Department School Personnel form'
• Communicate with your recruiter once you’ve completed your appointment.

📬 Awaiting Your Results

• TB Tests takes 48 hours to become available and then will be read by a physician; You will need to attend another appointment to get results
• Physical results are available same day after appointment is completed
