Kansas:📋Tuberculous Test and Bill of Health Overview

We require a Skin or Blood TB Test to allow you to work in schools within the State of Kansas, along with physicians bill of health  to be completed to work in our schools. If completed in the last year please provide documentation to your recruiter.

Ways to Complete TB Test Requirement

1. Show proof of previous skin or blood tests

• Make sure your name is clearly presented on the document
• Mentions healthcare institution who administered the test
• The results are visible
• Date of test is on the document

2. Complete skin or blood test with Zen Educate

• If you need support booking in a test, talk to your Zen Educate recruiter about registering with our healthcare partner.

3. Complete skin or blood test with local pharmacy or healthcare provider

• You can reach out to your local provider to complete the test and upload results to your account.

4. Skin or blood test exemption

• If you are medically exempt in completing a skin or blood test you can talk to your recruiter about completing a chest x-ray.

Ways to Complete Physicians Bill of Health

1. Reach out to your healthcare provider to complete a bill of health statement

• Ask for a signed document to meet bill of health requirements
• If you provider asks for template can share this form

2. Complete physician bill health with Zen Educate

• If you need support booking in a physical, talk to your Zen Educate recruiter about registering with our healthcare partner.

3. Complete physician bill health with local pharmacy or healthcare provider

• You can reach out to your local provider to complete the bill of health and upload results to your account.
