Kansas:📋Tuberculous Test and Bill of Health Overview
We require a Skin or Blood TB Test to allow you to work in schools within the State of Kansas, along with physicians bill of health to be completed to work in our schools. If completed in the last year please provide documentation to your recruiter.

- Date of test is on the document

- If you are medically exempt in completing a skin or blood test you can talk to your recruiter about completing a chest x-ray.

- Reach out to your healthcare provider to complete a bill of health statement
- Ask for a signed document to meet bill of health requirements
- If you provider asks for template can share this form
