Payment Schedule

🕓 Understanding Your Payment Schedule at Zen Educate

At Zen Educate, we want to ensure all educators feel confident and informed about when to expect their pay. Below is a clear breakdown of our weekly payment schedule and what to expect if your bank offers early deposit options.

📅 Weekly Pay Schedule

Zen Educate processes payroll every Friday for all U.S. educators.

This means:

  • All payments are deposited on Friday, once payroll is finalized.
  • The time the funds become available in your account may vary depending on your bank.

🏦 Early Deposits Through Your Bank

Some banks may release direct deposits early based on their internal processing times.

This can lead to occasional deposits arriving earlier

If your bank has a fast processing speed, you may see your pay earlier than Friday, so there may be occasions where payment is deposited on a Thursday.

It’s important to note:

  • Deposits are entirely controlled by your bank, not Zen Educate.
  • Zen Educate sends all payments at the same time each week.

⏳ When Is a Payment Considered Delayed?

Because Zen Educate’s payroll is deposited every Friday, payments are not considered delayed unless:

  • It is after Friday at 5:00 PM (local time), and
  • Your payment has still not appeared in your account.

If it is before Friday at 5 PM, your pay is still considered on schedule.

❗ Still Missing a Payment After Friday at 5 PM?

If your payment has not arrived after the cutoff:

  1. Double-check your bank account for pending deposits.

Confirm your direct deposit details are correct in your Paylocity profile.

    3. Contact our Support Team with:

    • Your full name
    • The week of work you’re expecting payment for
    • Any relevant screenshots

We’ll be happy to investigate further.
