Arizona: 💉 MMR Titer Test Guide

An MMR Titer Test is a blood test used to measure your immunity to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella.

Our partnered schools require proof of MMR immunity (unless exempt), and Zen Educate helps educators obtain these tests with ease.

🩺 Process Overview

  1. Determine if an MMR Titer Test is the best route for you
  2. Request a Titer Test Form from your Zen Educate recruiter
  3. Complete the Patient Registration Form
  4. Attend your appointment
  5. Await your results

🤔 When Should I Consider an MMR Titer Test?

You may need an MMR Titer Test if:

  • You cannot locate your previous vaccination records through your state’s health department link
  • You believe you’ve received two doses of the MMR vaccine but cannot find physical or online records
  • You’re open to receiving another dose of the MMR vaccine if the test shows you’re not fully immune
