⏰ I'm going to be late! Who do I notify and how?

If you are running late and are unable to make it to your booking on time, please notify Zen Educate and the school you have been assigned to immediately. 🚨

If you do not have your assigned school's phone number, call our Support Team, which can notify the school immediately. If you do have your assigned school's phone number, call them first and then call the Support Team immediately after. Contact the Support Team at 213-516-6054 and provide the details below:

• Your assigned school.
• Your estimated time of arrival.

If you are unable to reach the Support Team on your first try, ensure that you leave a message with your name, phone number, assigned school and estimated time of arrival.
