🚨Reporting Safeguarding Concerns

As a mandated reporter, you are legally obligated to report any safeguarding concerns that you see or hear in a classroom. We strongly encourage and expect you to report any concerns you have, even if they feel minor. Children's and employees safety is our number one priority at Zen, and reporting concerns is integral for us to create safe environments.

A safeguarding concern refers to any suspicion or worry regarding the safety or well-being of an individual, especially a vulnerable person, such as a child, elderly person, or someone with disabilities. This could include physical, sexual, and/or emotional abuse or neglect.

To report a safeguarding concern, you have multiple options:

  1. Call your Zen Account Manager Directly
  2. Call Zen Support at 213-516-6054
  3. Submit your concern using the safeguarding reporting form below. A member of our team will call you shortly after submitting your concern.

Important note: If you are not able to reach a member of our team by phone immediately, please make sure that you submit your concern using the safeguarding reporting form.

See the full Employee Handbook for US Educators here to submit via the reporting form.
