I'm verified. Now what?

Once you're verified, your recruiter will schedule a job placement call with one of our account managers. This session will be focused on reviewing job opportunities and outlining the next steps to get placed in work. It will also be a time to provide you with general information on direct deposit, booking your first day, providing relevant contact information, as well as answering any questions you may have.

🏔️ Explore the app and complete your profile and trainings! As soon as you're verified, make sure you download the app and get familiar with the platform where you will be accepting and viewing work, marking yourself as absent, and much more.

🌟 Make your profile stand out! Be sure to fill out your profile with as much information about your experience, credentials, and what you bring to education. The more our Account Managers and schools can get to know you, the more you stand out! Complete this before your job placement call, and you'll be ahead of the game.

🧑‍🏫 Consider trying out daily subbing! You can actually pick up work before you have your job placement call through daily. Whether you're looking to gain more experience before committing to a long-term role, want a flexible schedule, or are waiting for a long-term opportunity to appear, daily subbing is a great option.

Daily subbing roles are short-term, temporary staffing coverage that we offer to schools, ranging from single-day coverage to up to two-week assignments. However, doing well in these roles can lead to long-term positions and exposure to the schools in your area.

We also ask that you keep in mind that once you accept a role, you are committing to being there on time and showing up as your best self. Please plan accordingly to ensure you are on time and as prepared as you can be for a daily subbing role. It's important to be flexible and adaptable!
