The amount of requests we have available can vary, so there may be periods where the volume of requests are high and when they're low.

☎️ Give us a call! If you're keen to work, let your Account Manager know so that they can send your profile personally to nearby school districts to see if we can grab their attention and get a new booking for you. You can call them directly or reach out to our Support team at help@zeneducate.com or call 213-516-6054.

🚘 During these low-volume periods, you can open your travel preferences to ensure you're available for more requests. While opening your preferences won't guarantee requests, the chances of receiving one will increase. However, please only open your preferences to what you are comfortable and capable of meeting.

🔔 Ensure that your notifications have been enabled. The app will let you know when we've received new booking requests. Remember, requests are first-come, first-served, so make sure to review your notifications and accept requests as soon as you can!

⏰ For last-minute, day-of requests that schools send our way, we may call or text you early morning between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM (local time). If you don't hear from us by 10:00 AM, we don't have work for you that day.


*Note: As the end of the school year gets closer and closer, it is normal for the number of requests to decrease. The summer months are when our Account Managers are working hard to get roles ready for the beginning of the next school year, so keep an eye out for any updates in preparation for the fall.
