Getting Paid: Setting Up Paylocity FAQ

To get paid for your work at Zen Educate, you must complete payroll onboarding through our payroll provider Paylocity. Please use the following FAQs to help you get set up and paid!


How do I access Paylocity?

You will be sent an email from the address do-not-reply@paylocity.com after you have worked your first day through Zen. Please note that during high onboarding periods, such as September or January, you can expect to receive your onboarding email up to 48 hours after your first shift.


Once you receive your onboarding email, navigate to https://onboarding.paylocity.com/onboarding/ and use the login details in your onboarding email to sign in.


I have not received the Paylocity onboarding email. What do I do?

If you have not received your Paylocity onboarding email and it's been more than 48 hours since your first shift, first make sure that the email has not gone into your spam folder. It can also be helpful to search the email address do-not-reply@paylocity.com in your inbox.


If you still cannot find the email, please contact our educator support team at help@zeneducate.com or use the in-app chat function to send us a message!


I previously completed onboarding through Gusto. Do I still need to onboard through Paylocity?

Gusto is our previous payroll provider. We transitioned from Gusto to Paylocity at the beginning of September 2025. If you worked with us before September 2025, you would have originally completed payroll onboarding through Gusto. In this case, we have actually moved your bank information from Gusto to Paylocity for you. This means that you don't need to complete onboarding. Instead, you will simply need to register for your Paylocity account to gain access to pay-check information and make any edits you need to your banking information.


To register, you can either use the 1 time Paylocity registration email that you received from the address do-not-reply@paylocity.com or you can navigate to the URL https://access.paylocity.com/Register and provide a couple of pieces of personal information and the company ID (341360), which will verify your information and allow you to set up your Paylocity account.

Once you register your Paylocity account, we highly recommend that you review your banking information to ensure that your preferred bank account is selected for your Paycheck.


What is the company ID for Paylocity?

The company ID is 341360. You will need this ID to onboard or register with Paylocity.


I am having trouble onboarding or registering from Paylocity using the Paylocity App. What should I do?

In this case, we recommend using the web version of Paylocity.

How do I edit my direct deposit information in Paylocity

Please note that you must edit your direct deposit information on the Paylocity website and not the Paylocity App.
