🗓️ Booking an Interview with Zen

Once you have successfully created a profile with Zen Educate here next step is to get booked in for a 15-20 minute phone call interview with one of our regional recruiters.

Our recruiters will review your profile after your registration and call, text or email you to arrange an appropriate interview-time. Our recruiters may also provide you with a link to our teams-calendar so that you can schedule yourself in for a suitable call time.

This interview will be a conversation between you and our recruiter to find out if we are a match. Our recruiter will ask you a set of questions to understand your background and preferences and you will get the chance to ask any necessary questions about open roles, salary and/or any specific classroom-preferences you may have.

If you have any reservations, restriction or non negotiable's, this is the perfect chance to express those to your recruiter since they value your thoughts, concerns and comfort level throughout the full onboarding process.

Next steps when bookings your interview 👂

Once you have selected your preferred interview-date, you will be prompted to respond to a set of mandatory questions prior to confirming booking.

Please respond to the questions as accurately as you can as it will give our recruiters a brief understanding of you background and experiences.

Can't find an available interview time in our calendar ⁉️

During peak seasons, our recruiters may sometimes be fully booked depending on the week. If there are no times available, please email our support team at help@zeneducate.com, and we will help you find an available interview time with our regional recruiters.

I successfully booked an interview. What's next? 🗓️

Once you have successfully booked yourself in for a phone call interview, please navigate to your email, as you will receive a confirmation with the date and time for your scheduled call.

Please be sure to click "Yes" ✅ or "No" ❌ on your interview invitation, as this lets our recruiters know if you will be able to attend your booked call.

From here, you are also able to re-schedule your call to another preferred time and/or date if needed.
