Reporting a Workplace Injury

Workplace Injury & Illness Reporting

If you sustain a work-related injury or illness, no matter how minor it may seem, please follow these steps immediately, or at most within 24 hours:

1. Always Call Zen Support First: Contact your Zen account manager or the Support Team at 213-516-6054. It is vital that you call us right away so we can support you and find a substitute educator to ensure the children’s care remains uninterrupted.
2. Call the Nurse Line (Only if Medical Care is Required): If your injury requires medical attention, call 888-834-5240. This line is managed 24/7 by nurses through our workers’ compensation provider, True PEO, who will help coordinate your care.
