Reporting a Workplace Injury

An employee who sustains a work-related injury or illness must report their injury immediately by calling the reporting line 888-834-5240. This number is managed by Nurses employed by our workers compensation provider, True PEO, and is active 24 hours a day. This phone line acts both as your injury reporting line and your support line for receiving medical care covered by our workers compensation insurance plan with True PEO.

This must occur immediately, or as soon as practical, and no more than 24 hours from the time of injury. No matter how minor an on-the-job injury may appear, it is important that it be reported.

If you believe that you will need to miss work due to your injury please reach out to your Zen account manager, or the Zen Support Team at 213-516-6054, as early as possible so a substitute educator can be found to support the children we work with.
