The No Photography and Recording Policy

Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings with a camera or a phone while at a school is unprofessional, inappropriate, and may break privacy or criminal laws. You may not take any photos, videos, or make audio recordings while at a school site.

Taking photos, videos, or audio recordings at school will result in disciplinary action. Disciplinary action may result in the early end to your placement; reduced access to future jobs with Zen; or termination from Zen. In addition, these behaviours may result in loss of teaching credentials or criminal charges.

In certain cases you may be requested by a School Administrator to delete photos, videos, or audio recordings, including emptying your devices “trash”, under the review of that School Administrator.

Do not take ANY photos, videos, or audio recordings while at a school site.
